WELCOME!
Mission
At Westcoast Duck Yoga, our mission is to make yoga a welcoming, healing, and accessible practice for every body — regardless of age, ability, or income. As a social enterprise rooted in compassion and community, we offer gentle yoga and yoga therapy that honours the lived experiences of our clients. Through trauma-informed instruction, donation-based pricing, and partnerships with local wellness and end-of-life care networks, we create safe spaces where individuals can reconnect with themselves, each other, and the natural rhythms of life.
Westcoast Duck Yoga would like to acknowledge that it is located on the traditional and ancestral territory of the Tsartlip First Nation. As a white settler, I recognize the privilege bestowed upon me and that I have the responsibility and power to create culturally safe and appropriate environments of practice.
Thank you so much for your support and dedication in my yoga sessions. It is easy to be grateful when there are wonderful people like you in the world.

A mandala, in Sanskrit, means “circle”—a symbol of wholeness, unity, and the infinite nature of the cosmos. In many traditions, mandalas are used as sacred maps…
