Spring 2026 Schedule (April-June)

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

**Chair Yoga:This gentle chair class focuses on increasing mobility and range of motion in all joints (neck, shoulders, hands, spine, hips, ankles, feet), decreasing pain, improving  balance and strength and incorporating breath. Small class size allows for customization each class. All levels welcome. All equipment provided

**Yoga for back care: This mat class focuses on gentle movement to stretch the back and hips reducing discomfort as well as gently building strength around the supporting muscles to help support the back and neck. All levels welcome.

**Restorative yoga: This mat class focuses on stretching the whole body to release weekly tension bringing in breath and restorative poses. Prepare for a great sleep and wonderful end to the week!
